Independent Accountability Panel Archive

A structured, independent repository preserving global health accountability knowledge and ensuring continued access to the work of the Independent Accountability Panel (IAP).

The IAP Archive is an independent platform developed in the context of the Every Woman Every Child initiative. It provides long-term, structured access to key reports, policy analyses, and institutional outputs of the Independent Accountability Panel (IAP).

As original digital sources become fragmented or inaccessible, the archive serves as a stable, curated, and academically grounded knowledge base for researchers, policymakers, and the global health community.

Institutional Framework and Contribution

The development and maintenance of the IAP Archive are supported through a complementary institutional framework involving the Public Health Institute of Georgia (PHIG) and the Georgian Medical Journal (GMJ).

PHIG provides the operational backbone of the initiative, including technical infrastructure, digital hosting, administrative coordination, and overall platform management. This includes ensuring the long-term stability, accessibility, and integrity of the archive as a public health knowledge resource.

GMJ, as an independent peer-reviewed medical journal, contributes the academic dimension of the initiative. It enables the transformation of archived materials into structured analytical outputs, including commentary, policy analysis, and scholarly interpretation aligned with international academic standards.

Together, this dual structure ensures that the IAP Archive operates both as a reliable public repository and as a platform for ongoing academic and policy-relevant dialogue in global health accountability.
